My graduation will be exactly after 2 months, and the normal procedure of hiring process will take about 2 or 3 months, so NOW is time to preparing for job seeking, and try to find some suitable job online or networking everyday and send emails out for application.
BCIT APICS arranged a factory tour, it is nice opportunity to visit the real workplace and to learn how to implement LEAN, TOC, and Continuous improvement, OCE has business on professional printing. We can learn a lot from the real professional guys from the real competitive work place.
It is nice that we have own own office and a nice desktop which is specially for ERP system. But the real workplace is really challenging, we need collect all data we want and translate it to information that will work for the project. We need to figure out the problems and how to solve it, it is challenging, but I like the challenging that will help achieve excellent performance.
the company with which we will work is a fast growing new technology company, the major product is discs repairing. and the project we chose will be focused on shop floor layout improvement. Hope that everything will be fine at that project, and really contribute to that company to improve their some hot issue, such as out of stock, low efficiency, and bad 5 s.
Today I played soccer for 4 hours, the weather is so nice, the park stall is no empty in Mody park, that is the first time I saw that, many people come out for sports. Even an elder Korean who is 70 years old join to play soccer with us, and it seems that he is not so old as his age, he is still agile and good at making a nice pass, he is really amazing. Another guy is no hands, but still can score and even strong physical contact, he is also amazing guy.
A best season of Vancouver is coming, the daytime is longer, weather is nice, no rain, no wind, and most of the day are sunshine.
